Welcome to qbash (formerly Aisle), operated by Isle of Code Inc ("Isle of Code," "we," "us," or "our"). Your privacy is important to us. This Privacy Policy explains what data we collect, how we use it, and your choices.

1. What Information We Collect​

Account Information​

  • When you sign up, we collect your name, email address, company (if applicable), and password.
  • You may choose to join our newsletter (strictly opt-in).

Usage Data​

  • We log usage of prompts, workflows, and API calls, so admins and creators can debug and review "runs."
  • We collect org/team membership, sharing activity, and the entities (prompts, workflows) you create.
  • We use cookies and similar technologies for login sessions and to operate the app (not for advertising).

Device/Technical Data​

  • We collect standard device, browser, IP address, and usage analytics data (e.g., via Mixpanel).
  • This helps us understand how the platform is used and improve your experience.

2. How We Use Your Data​

We use your data to:

  • Provide and operate our services.
  • Store and display your chats, prompts, workflows, and run logs.
  • Enable your team/organization's admin and workflow features.
  • Debug and improve our product.
  • Communicate with you about your account or important updates.
  • (If opted-in) Send newsletters or product updates.

We do not sell or rent your data to third parties.

3. How Your Data is Shared​

With AI Providers​

  • We share what you enter (inputs, files, prompts) with the AI model(s) you select.
  • These third parties (e.g., OpenAI, Anthropic, OpenRouter) process your data to generate responses, not for advertising.
  • You have full control over which models to activate and use.
  • We recommend reviewing their privacy policies as well.

Within Your Organization​

  • Org administrators can view/delete org-level prompts, workflows, and run history, but not your private chat history.
  • Only the creator of an entity (like a workflow) can view its logs.
  • Organization admins may manage or delete your shared content as part of team features.

Service Providers & Legal Compliance​

  • Your data is stored on secure third-party hosting (e.g., AWS), and may also be processed by service providers for analytics and email.
  • We only disclose info if required by law (court order, etc.).

4. Data Retention & Deletion​

  • Chats: You can delete your personal chats at any time.
  • Prompts/Workflows: Can be deleted by org admins (per org policy).
  • Accounts: Org admins can delete individual accounts or the entire org. Deletion may take up to 30 days to complete on our systems.
  • Backups: Copies may persist briefly in backups, but are deleted in the ordinary course of business.

5. Security​

  • We use industry-standard safeguards: HTTPS encryption, secure password storage, and access controls.
  • Only staff and organization admins with a genuine business need can access your data.

6. Your Choices & Rights​

  • You can view and update your name, email, and password in your account settings.
  • You may delete your personal chats, and request account deletion.
  • For other removal (e.g., entity deletion), contact your organization admin.

7. Children's Privacy​

Our platform is not for children under 13 (or the minimum age in your country). We do not knowingly collect information from minors.

8. International Data & Transfers​

Data may be processed or stored in the United States or other countries where our vendors operate. By using the Service, you consent to the transfer of information to these locations.

9. Cookies & Analytics​

We use cookies for secure logins and basic session management. We do not use third-party advertising cookies. We use analytics tools (e.g., Mixpanel) to understand usage and improve our service.

10. Changes to This Policy​

We may update this policy from time to time. If we make material changes, we'll notify you via email or in-app notice.
