Terms of Service

Welcome to qbash (formerly Aisle) ("the Service"), operated by Isle of Code Inc ("Isle of Code," "we," "us," or "our"). By creating an account, accessing, or using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). Please read them carefully.

1. Who We Are​

Isle of Code Inc is registered in Ontario, Canada. Our Service allows users to interact with multiple AI chat models, build and share AI prompts and workflows, and connect these AIs within their teams or via API, without using your own API keys.

2. Who Can Use the Service​

You must be at least 13 years old (or the minimum age in your jurisdiction) to use the Service. By using the Service, you represent that you have the authority to enter into these Terms and to comply with them.

3. Accounts and Access​

You must register an account using your real name, email, and company (if applicable). You are responsible for keeping your login credentials secure. Sharing accounts or impersonating others is prohibited.

Your organization's admin may manage or delete shared prompts, workflows, and other team-shared content, but cannot access your private chat/message history. Deleting private chats and shared content may be subject to your organization's policies.

4. Your Content​

You own all content (inputs, uploads, prompts, workflows, outputs) you create or provide on the Service. By using the Service, you grant us a non-exclusive, limited license to use, process, and store your content solely for operating and improving the Service.

If you share content publicly or within your organization, others may see and use it. You are responsible for all content you share.

Data Storage​

We store your content and chat history on secure servers provided by AWS and similar third-party vendors, which may be outside your jurisdiction. We use standard safeguards, but the internet is never 100% secure.

5. Use of AI Models​

We provide access to various third-party AI models (e.g., OpenAI, Anthropic, OpenRouter). What you enter into these models may be processed by those third parties. We do not share information beyond what you provide in prompts, uploads, or workflow operations.

Output generated by these models is for your use, but we do not guarantee its accuracy, safety, legality, or suitability for any purpose.

6. Usage and API​

You may access the Service via web, or through our API as provided. Usage may be subject to limits based on monthly prompts, model usage, or other fair use policies we establish.

Prohibited Uses​

You may not use the Service for any unlawful, harmful, or abusive activity, including (but not limited to) spam, harassment, hate speech, exploitation, or illegal purposes. Do not use the Service for critical safety, medical, legal, or financial decisions.

We may suspend or terminate accounts violating these rules, at our sole discretion.

7. Plans, Billing, and Fees​

The Service offers a Free plan and paid plans. Current plans, monthly prices in USD, and usage limits are listed at qbash.com/pricing. We will notify you before a price change applies to your plan.

Usage is tracked based on your interaction with the Service and the underlying AI models. No refunds are provided for downtime or errors on the Free plan.

8. Beta Disclaimer and No Guarantees​

The Service is provided "as-is" and "as available," without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee the accuracy, reliability, or uptime of the Service or any AI-generated results. Your use is at your own risk. Isle of Code is not responsible for losses or damages resulting from the use of, or inability to use, the Service.

We may change, pause, or discontinue the Service at any time, with or without notice.

9. Changes to the Terms​

We may update these Terms at any time. We'll notify you through the Service or via email if changes are significant. Your continued use of the Service after changes means you accept the updated Terms.

10. Termination​

We may suspend or terminate your access or account at any time, for any reason, especially if you violate these Terms. You may also delete your account at any time.

11. Limitation of Liability​

To the fullest extent allowed by law:

  • Isle of Code is not liable for indirect, consequential, exemplary, or incidental damages (including loss of profits or data) from your use of (or inability to use) the Service.
  • Our total liability is limited to the greater of $100 USD or the amount paid by you in the twelve months before your claim arose.
  • Some jurisdictions may not allow these limits, so exceptions may apply.

12. Governing Law​

These Terms and your use of the Service are governed by the laws of the Province of Ontario, without regard to its conflict of law principles. Any disputes will be resolved in Ontario, Canada.

14. Miscellaneous​

These Terms are the whole agreement between you and Isle of Code about the Service. If any part is unenforceable, the rest remains effective. Failure to enforce a right does not waive it.
