Pipedrive MCP serverand Python AI tasks
qbash hosts a Pipedrive MCP server you can use in Claude, ChatGPT, Codex, Cursor, Grok Bot and Muse.
Developers use qbash Tasks to write cloud-hosted Python functions that pair Pipedrive with models such as Claude and GPT.
MCP server
Build a Pipedrive MCP server
Give ChatGPT, Claude and your other AI tools access to Pipedrive through one server. You pick which Pipedrive tools it shares, and you can add other connectors, memory folders and Tasks to the same server.
How to set it up
- Connect Pipedrive on the qbash Connectors page.
- Create an MCP server and add the Pipedrive tools you want to share.
- Paste the server URL into your client. It connects with OAuth or an access token.
Python AI task
Write a Pipedrive task in Python
A qbash Task is a hosted Python function that calls Pipedrive and AI models.
Find open deals without a close date
Read the most recently updated open deals, keep those missing an expected close date, and ask an inline prompt to draft follow-ups for their owners.
report = qbash.integrations.pipedrive.get_deals(
status="open", sort_by="update_time", sort_direction="desc", limit=100,
)
missing = [deal for deal in report["deals"] if not deal.get("expected_close_date")]
if missing:
follow_ups = qbash.ai.run_prompt(
slug="pipedrive-close-date-check",
variables={"deals": json.dumps(missing)},
)
qbash.output(follow_ups)
else:
qbash.output("No deals missing a close date on this page.")

- Create a note on a deal, person, or organization
qbash Tasks: AI applications in Python
A Task is a Python function that calls Pipedrive, your other connectors and models such as Claude, GPT, Gemini and Grok. qbash hosts and runs it.
Run Tasks on a schedule or from your team's tools
- Deterministic where it counts Write the logic in Python and call a model only for the steps that need judgement, so the rest runs the same way every time.
- Version controlled Every save is a revision you can compare and roll back.
- Logged Each run records its inputs, output, errors and what started it.
- Shared credentials Connections belong to your organization, so a Task keeps working when its author is away.
Pipedrive MCP questions
Does Pipedrive have an official MCP server?
Yes. Pipedrive announced a native MCP server on June 30, 2026, which connects through an OAuth login. The qbash server runs on your API token, shares one URL with your other connectors, and the same token serves your Python tasks.
Can the Pipedrive MCP server delete records?
No. It has no delete tool, and the only record it updates is a deal. People, organizations, activities and notes can be created but not edited.
