Users & Invitations

Admins manage team access from Org Settings, available in the account menu at the bottom of the sidebar. Users shows who's already in the organization; Invites is where you invite someone new and follow up on pending invitations.

Users

The Users tab lists each person's email and role: Admin or Member. Invited and disabled accounts are marked beside their email.

To change someone's role, open the ⋯ menu on their row and choose Grant admin or Revoke admin. Admins can manage the organization's settings, members, and model-provider keys.

If someone leaves the team, choose Disable user to remove their access to this organization. Their tasks, memories, and other content stay in place. Enable user restores access if they return.

qbash asks you to confirm your identity before changing an admin role or disabling a user. You can't disable your own account.

Invites

Open Invites, click Invite, enter the person's email, and select Send Invite. They'll receive a link to join your organization.

Pending invitations appear in the table with their status, who sent them, and when. The ⋯ menu lets you Copy Invite to share the link directly, Resend the email, or Cancel an invitation that's no longer needed.

If an invitation has expired, use Resend to send a fresh link.

Admins can also allow members to send invitations and restrict which email domains members can invite. These options are under Company Settings.
